Ironing subscription
We offer affordable and flexible subscriptions that cater to various needs.
- We offer flexible subscription plans for 5 kg, 7 kg, and 11 kg — available weekly or every two weeks.
- Your subscription contract runs for 3 months and renews automatically. A 2-week trial period is included (see Terms and Conditions for details).
- Payment is made 4 weeks in advance.
- To subscribe, simply fill out the signup form on our website and specify your service preferences. We'll then contact you to schedule a convenient day and time for collecting your laundry.
- Free delivery is available (see Delivery Terms). You're also welcome to drop off and pick up your laundry yourself at our location during opening hours.

If you are not at home:
- Please indicate in advance whether we may leave your order with a neighbor or at your door.
- If delivery is not possible, you can pick up your order from us during our opening hours.
- We do not offer redelivery, and delivery does not include bringing your order up to your floor.
- With your subscription, you'll receive two laundry boxes. Canceling your subscription? Simply return the boxes. If they're not returned or are returned damaged, the cost of the boxes (€10 or €15, depending on the size) will be added to your final invoice.
- Your subscription includes a maximum of 5, 7, or 11 kg of laundry per pickup. Each additional kilogram will be charged at €6.50.
- A fixed quantity of shirts/blouses is included in your subscription package (please refer to the table below). Any additional items will be charged at €3 each.
- Typically, shirts, dresses, trousers, and skirts are returned on hangers. All other items are neatly folded into the laundry box. Shirt and blouse sleeves are ironed with a crease, while trousers are ironed without creases. Have specific preferences? We're happy to accommodate them!
- You're welcome to bring your own hangers or use ours- a refundable deposit of €0.50 per hanger applies
- Would you like to cancel your subscription? Please notify us by email at least one month before its expiration.
- Are you going on vacation? Please inform us in advance to avoid unnecessary visits.
- It is not possible to temporarily pause a subscription.
